Job Description
Tractor Supply and Petsense is seeking a High Volume FAST Team Member to contribute to the field activity support team in a single store. This role involves planningograms, signage, and maintaining store fixtures and inventory while providing excellent customer service. The team member will be flexible, adaptable, and committed to delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.
Requirements
- Experience in retail and/or merchandising.
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks with minimal assistance.
