Merchandising Sales Associate

Tractor Supply and Petsense are seeking motivated Field Activity Support Team Members to assist with various store tasks, including merchandising, fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers, provide excellent service, and ensure a positive shopping experience. They are committed to supporting their Team Members and fostering a sustainable work environment.

Requirements

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate and use store equipment (e.g., dolly, handtruck, forklift).
