Job Description
The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for providing support to customers and store operations during the start to finish execution of merchandising tasks. They include planograms, fixture assembly, signage maintenance, and store organization. The role emphasizes a friendly and reliable demeanor, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Travel to stores within an assigned district.
- Communicate proactively with District Supervisor.
- Complete planograms and resets accurately and on time.
- Maintain visual merchandise standards.
- Complete store layout initiatives.
- Perform store-specific measurements.
