Job Description
The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Member is responsible for executing tasks such as merchandising, fixture assembly, and signage maintenance in various stores, providing excellent customer service. The role requires a service-oriented, adaptable individual able to work varied hours and contribute to a team. The FAST Team Member will handle all stages of the merchandise lifecycle.
Requirements
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime
- Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor
- Complete planograms and resets accurately
- Complete store specific measurements
- Perform store specific measurements
- Complete Tractor Way top cap process
- Hang store signage
- Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs
- Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity
- Deliver on our promise of Legendary Customer Service
