Job Description
Tractor Supply is seeking a High Volume FAST Team Member to own and execute 'start to finish' variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and store maintenance. This role involves both shop-level tasks and customer interaction, delivering a positive customer experience. The team relies on teamwork and provides a safe work environment.
Requirements
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor.
- Complete planograms and resets accurately.
- Perform store specific measurements.
- Complete store layout initiatives.
- Complete store price changes accurately.
- Hang store signage.
- Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
- Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
