Store Operations Manager

This position is responsible for proficiency in all areas of a retail operation, serving as the second in charge of operations to the Store Manager. Responsibilities include performing operational activities throughout the store, training Operations Team Members, and promoting a safe and productive work environment.

Requirements

• Previous retail leadership experience
• Prior store operations experience and supervisory experience
• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
