Job Description
The PetSense Team Lead role focuses on providing excellent customer service and a safe environment for both team members and customers. This position involves executing merchandising and operating various store tasks, maintaining a positive work atmosphere, and ensuring safety. The team lead is responsible for training team members and promoting a productive work environment.
Requirements
- Retail experience and/or pet/live animal knowledge (strongly preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including varying hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Must be 18 years of age and capable of accurate reading, writing, and counting.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise and operate store equipment.
