Team Member

Tractor Supply and Petsense is seeking dedicated and flexible Team Members to provide exceptional customer service and support selling initiatives. Team Members will focus on delivering a Legendary Customer Experience through friendly interaction, identifying needs, recommending solutions, and operational tasks like receiving, operating, and cleaning a store. Requirements

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance
• Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends and overtime
• Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures
• Participate in mandatory freight process
• Operate Forklift (unless under the age of 18).
• Operate Cardboard Baler (unless under the age of 18).
• Assist customers with loading purchases.
• Perform janitorial duties.
• Complete all documentation associated with any of the above job duties.
