Tractor Supply and Petsense are seeking Team Members for a fulfilling role in interacting with customers, supporting sales initiatives, and providing a Legendary Customer Experience. Team Members will be responsible for various tasks including operating equipment, maintaining a clean environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience: No prior experience is required; retail and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding experience is strongly preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
