Team Member

Tractor Supply and Petsense is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers, support selling initiatives, and deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. The role emphasizes a positive and customer-focused work environment, requiring physical stamina and adherence to safety guidelines. Team Members will operate cash registers, retrieve merchandise, assist with pricing, and manage stocking and merchandising.

Requirements

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures.
• Recover merchandise and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Perform janitorial duties.
• Execute price changes/markdowns.
• Operate Forklift (unless under the age of 18).
• Operate Cardboard Baler (unless under the age of 18).
