Tractor Supply is seeking enthusiastic Team Members to provide Legendary Customer Service and support selling initiatives. Requirements

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends and overtime.
• Deliver on our promise of Legendary Customer Service (GURA) through greeting, needs discovery, product recommendations, and appreciation.
• Perform required duties during 95% of the day including cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising.
• Read, write, and count accurately.
• Must be able to safely operate and use all equipment.
