Team Member, Petsense

Team Members will support selling initiatives, provide customer service, and perform assigned tasks in a pet/live animal environment. This role emphasizes excellent customer service, flexibility, adaptability, and adherence to safety guidelines. The position involves maintaining a predictable attendance schedule, operating cash register and handling merchandise, participating in freight processes and completing documentation.

Requirements

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Operate cash register/computer following cash handling procedures.
• Participate in mandatory freight process.
• Perform janitorial duties.
• Execute price changes/markdowns.
• Assist customers with loading purchases.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of live animals.
• Complete all documentation associated with any of the above job duties.
