Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to accompany our growing company as a strategic partner, raise our financial processes to the next level, and take on responsibility with a strong ownership mindset.
Requirements
- Plan and forecast together with the CEO and develop our existing financial plan and business model continuously
- Prepare convincing financial key figures and decision-making bases for Board, Management, and Investor meetings
- Act as a Finance Business Partner for Management - Sparring on eye level with budget and performance
- Take responsibility for the acceptance of monthly and quarterly closing and preparation of Investor Reporting for the CEO
- Take End-to-End Ownership for Finance & Accounting in close coordination with our tax office
- Analyze, optimize, and build scalable finance and reporting processes and develop them further
- Take ownership of Data-Privacy and Contract-Management processes, including storage and documentation structures, quality management, and training
