Santa Barbara Summer Staff

Join the Ministry Team at Santa Barbara Christian Camp and Conference Center! We're seeking two summer staff positions to help make ministry happen at our beautiful 155-acre site in the Los Padres National Forest. Responsibilities include food service, hospitality, recreation, and program activities.

Requirements

• Godly, Christian character, integrity, and adaptability
• Agreement with Santa Barbara doctrinal statement, values, and handbook
• Pleasant personality towards guests and staff
• Current Food Handler Certificate or willingness to get one
• Minimum 18 years of age and a high school graduate for recreation activity venues
• Minimum of 16 years of age for food and beverage shops

Benefits

• Food and housing valued at $821 per month
• Weekly pay rate of $330 depending on position and experience
