As a Regulatory Reporting Analyst, you will support the global delivery of regulatory reporting through robust data and technical solutions. You will help implement efficient, consistent reporting processes, work on automation, data quality controls, and scalable data pipelines, and contribute directly to the end-to-end production of regulatory reports.
Requirements
- Design, build, and maintain standardized, auditable data pipelines using Python and SQL to support global regulatory reporting.
- Develop and operate a consistent automation framework for regulatory report delivery, leveraging workflow orchestration and scheduling tools (e.g., Prefect).
- Produce and maintain regulatory reports using a combination of Python, SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, and Excel, ensuring outputs meet regulatory and business requirements.
- Implement and monitor data quality controls across reporting datasets, utilizing governance and metadata tools such as Collibra.
- Support internal and external audits, regulatory examinations, and ad hoc regulatory inquiries by providing accurate, well-documented reporting data and processes.
- Document end-to-end business processes, data flows, and workflows using tools such as Lucid and PowerPoint, enabling transparency, auditability, and cross-team alignment.
- Contribute to regulatory reporting timelines, delivery planning, and roadmaps, providing input to support effective execution and prioritization.
- Act as a strong communicator between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding of data, reporting logic, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement across the regulatory reporting function by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, scalability, and control.
- Partner with business, compliance, and technology stakeholders to gather and analyze regulatory obligations, translating them into clear, actionable data and reporting requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to embed regulatory requirements into business processes and systems, aligning with industry best practices and evolving regulatory standards.
