Risk Operations Specialist

Tradeweb Markets is a world leader in the evolution of electronic trading. We are seeking a Risk Operations Specialist to support our Risk team’s Client Due Diligence, Training Oversight and Policy Management programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, risk, compliance, or a related function within financial services, fintech, banking, consulting, or applicable industries
• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, English, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to quickly understand business processes and underlying technologies across Tradeweb businesses
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and across all levels of the organization
• Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Cyber Risk, Information Security, Compliance, and others
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Confluence, SharePoint, and task management/reporting tools such as Asana/Monday.com
• Prior exposure to client due diligence processes, policy management or training programs is preferred
• Experience with GRC platforms is a plus (e.g., Archer, KY3P, Whistic)
