Job Description
We are a financial services company looking for a Junior Compliance Analyst to assist in drafting and implementing policies, procedures, and framework to reflect industry best practices and regulatory environment. Assist with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) matters and work with the Risk Team to identify compliance risks.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in financial services
- Experience in or an understanding of AFSL and AML/CTF obligations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills/team player
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply sound judgment
- Demonstrated ability to act in a discrete and confidential manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
