Growth Manager - US

Role Overview

We're looking for a high-impact Growth Specialist to drive partnership driven growth across the US. This role sits at the intersection of business development, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy, with a clear mandate to expand TradingView's presence across brokers, exchanges and fintech platforms.

What You Will Do

Manage and convert inbound partnership opportunities, build and execute a targeted outbound pipeline strategy, develop and maintain a robust pipeline, and own the full partnership lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in growth, sales, or business development within fintech, SaaS, trading, or crypto
• Proven track record of building and executing go-to-market strategies that drive measurable growth
• Demonstrated ability to own and manage a full sales cycle and pipeline, including forecasting
• Strong understanding of the US trading, brokerage ecosystem including key players, market dynamics, and user behavior
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, APIs, GitHub) and ability to work with technical teams
• Comfortable working with analytical tools and data driven decision making
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
