Junior Talent Partner

Traffic Label is a fast-growing data-driven technology company operating in the iGaming and affiliate marketing space. We are looking for a Junior Talent Partner to join our People & Culture team and support hiring across technical and non-technical roles.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, customer-facing, or administrative roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and develop within recruitment
• Confidence using LinkedIn, Slack, Google Workspace, and general online tools
• Interest in recruitment, people operations, employer branding, or iGaming industries
• Ability to work collaboratively while also managing tasks independently
