Legal Counsel

Support Trafigura's business across the APAC region by providing legal advice on transactional and regulatory matters, and primarily providing legal support in connection with banking finance and structured trade finance.

Requirements

• Legal professional qualification
• At least 7 years post qualification experience
• Credible private practice experience in a jurisdiction such as UK, Singapore, Australia or New Zealand
• In-house experience in a trading or equivalent commercial environment
• Significant international and cross border experience in finance and/or trade finance and/or banking finance
• Broad range of legal skills
• Good IT and organisational skills
• Excellent command of the English language
