Requirements
- 8 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment within commodity trading
- Proven direct sourcing capability across active and passive candidate pools
- Experience supporting hiring across multiple locations and time zones
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong relationship builder across geographies and functions
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented
- Collaborative team player with a willingness to support broader regional and global priorities
