Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Tech recruiter, with proven success on sourcing and closing complex tech roles.
- 2+ years leading or mentoring recruiters — you know how to motivate, align, and scale a team.
- Bachelor’s in Business, HR, or related field.
- Agile, KPI/OKR-driven mindset; comfortable managing metrics to improve performance.
- Exceptional communicator and relationship builder with IT leaders and senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, organized, and hands-on — you remove blockers, solve problems, and make things happen.
