Job Description
We're a young startup (28 people) growing quickly and looking for a Backend API Engineer to contribute to our main development team, working on our API (RoR) and developing applications for our web and mobile applications.
Requirements
- Good mastery of spelling and grammar
- Correct English, written and spoken
- Autonomy, self-management and ability to prioritize work
- Very good communication and listening skills
- Familiarity with the state of the art of development (tests, code reviews, continuous integration, documentation of the architecture, etc.)
- Good knowledge of a dynamic language (Ruby, Python...)
- Good knowledge of server-side development, ideally Ruby on Rails
- Knowledge of API design would be a major asset
