Job Description
Tramec Sloan located in Galion, OH is seeking a Hydromat Operator to support third shift operations, offering hands-on paid training to become a Hydromat Technician. The role involves operating Hydromat rotary transfer machines, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean work area. As skills develop, the technician will take on more technical responsibilities.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude
- Previous machining experience (CNC, manual machining, tool & die, maintenance, etc.)
- Ability to use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Comfortable working overnight shift
- Problem-solving mindset
- Desire to learn a skilled trade and grow long-term
