Serve as a leader for the Protection Solutions and Savings & Investment (PS&SI) first line risk program, with specific oversight of life and annuity products. Ensure risk considerations are embedded across the enterprise and throughout the product lifecycle by overseeing the identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of key risks. Partner closely with senior business leaders to proactively manage and maintain the company’s overall risk profile.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Twelve years of experience in operational risk management or equivalent operational leadership role
- Leadership experience in operational risk management, internal controls, or audit
- Expertise in risk management principles, including process flows, risk and control assessment, testing, and monitoring
