The Head of Internal Communications will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive internal communication strategy that aligns with Transamerica’s mission, values and business priorities. The role will ensure consistent, transparent and timely messaging across the enterprise and oversee the strategy, content, and evolution of Transamerica’s corporate intranet.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience
- 12+ years of professional experience with at least 5+ years of working closely with C-suite/VP-level management
- Experience at a publicly traded company and/or experience in merger and acquisition communications, preferred
