Requirements
- Diploma in computer science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT technician, level 1
- Excellent customer service, communication, organization, and autonomy skills
- Ability to manage priorities and emergencies in a dynamic environment
- Already authorized to work in Quebec
- Experience with Windows 11, Citrix, Windows 365, Azure, and Office 365
- Comfort with digital collaboration tools and interest in AI (e.g. Copilot)
- Fluency in oral and written French and English
