UX Product Designer (Solutions Lead)

We are hiring a UX Product Designer (Solution Lead) to be the lead designer on our Products Team. This role will involve formulating and managing solutions, shaping the overall experience and detailed interface for a suite of technology-enabled tools, and translating real-world school design workflows into intuitive digital and non-digital products.

Requirements

• End-to-end product design and product management experience
• Strong skills in UX/UI design, business analysis, and product strategy
• Experience with AI and its application in product design
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product leaders
• Ability to work in ambiguous problem spaces and translate real-world services into digital tools
