We are looking for an English-speaking Customer Service Representative who loves helping others and deeply cares about providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include providing an excellent customer experience, responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, and contributing to the project's success.

Requirements

• C1 or native written and spoken proficiency in English
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly absorb information, adapt and respond to change
• Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience
