Lead Backend Developer

Lead Backend Developer responsible for guiding a skilled team and driving the development and maintenance of our backend systems, ensuring technical excellence through best practices and rigorous testing while fostering a strong, collaborative team culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or relevant IT and work experience
• 7+ year of software engineering experience
• Strong experience in JavaScript, our core stack is node.js
• REST API development experience is a must
• Demonstrated development & deployment experience in Cloud environments, GCP is an advantage, AWS or Azure
• Good experience with different database technologies
• Experience following an Agile development framework
• Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude
• Fluency (C1) in English is a must (both written and spoken)
