Transcom is a global community of customer experience experts powered by technology. We’re looking for a Lead Backend Developer to guide a skilled team and drive the development and maintenance of our backend systems.
Requirements
- 7+ year of software engineering experience
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or relevant IT and work experience
- Strong experience in JavaScript, our core stack is node.js
- REST API development experience is a must
- Demonstrated development & deployment experience in Cloud environments, GCP is an advantage, AWS or Azure
- Good experience with different database technologies
- Experience following an Agile development framework
- Detailed-oriented but able to see the big picture
- Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude
- Fluency (C1) in English is a must (both written and spoken)
- Ability to lead, mentor and support the team
