Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Writer to join our Smart Mobility Ecosystems team in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating technical product documentation from scratch and possess strong technical aptitude to understand complex technical concepts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communications, English, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
- 5-8 years of experience as a Technical Writer in a software product environment
- Proven experience producing API, SDK, and developer platform documentation
- Proven experience establishing and implementing information architecture
- Proficient in written and visual communications, including the ability to produce professional technical diagrams and visual flows
