Technician I

The Technician I performs on-site or in-house servicing, repair and/or installation of customer equipment, including installation, troubleshooting and repair of electronic equipment and wiring, and preventive maintenance actions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) strongly preferred
• Must maintain driver’s license in good standing as verified by Transcore
• Must be comfortable working at heights that could be more than 50 ft
• Familiarity with basic electrical or networking concepts is helpful
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
• Ability to work with hand tools and small electronic components
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
