Transitions Care is a leading hospice organization providing 24/7 access to services in patients' homes. We're seeking a Hospice Nurse (RN) for day shift.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Nursing licensure in the State which you provide care (RN, LPN)
- One (1) + year Hospice, home health or related organization experience preferred
