Digital Learning & Design Manager

Translation Empire PK is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital Learning & Design Manager to lead the development and implementation of digital learning initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in digital learning, instructional design, or education technology.
• Demonstrated experience leading digital transformation in learning and development.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while mentoring cross-functional teams.
• Experience with LMS platforms, authoring tools, and data-driven decision-making.
• Certifications in instructional design, e-learning, or educational technology will be considered an asset.
