Translation Empire PK is seeking a skilled Proposal Writer to join its team, responsible for researching, drafting, editing, and submitting high-quality business proposals and bids in response to RFPs.
Requirements
- Degree in English language & Literature
- 6 months to 1 year experience in business proposal writing or bidding (preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience with government proposals and/or technical proposals (plus)
- Prior experience bidding on platforms like Upwork (highly desirable)
- Exceptional written communication, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong research abilities and understanding of RFP sourcing and evaluation
- Familiarity with freelance marketplaces and bidding strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and work independently under pressure
- Analytical thinker with attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills
