Job Description
TransMarket Group, a privately held global markets trading firm in Chicago, is seeking an Experienced Mid-Frequency Quantitative Trader. The role involves developing automated trading strategies, building quantitative models, and improving backtesting tools. The firm emphasizes entrepreneurial culture, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a profitable business for over 40 years.
Requirements
- Develop automated medium frequency trading strategies across all futures products with expected holding periods of minutes to hours
- Create and improve quantitative models for predicting futures prices
- Build out and improve our signals library
- Collaborate within a group and across the firm to improve our backtester and other necessary tools
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in technical field and relevant industry experience
