Job Description
Transnetyx is seeking a full-time Customer & Product Solutions Specialist to join our in-office team in Memphis, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers identify solutions that meet their needs and have an interest in biotechnology. This role requires onsite presence at our Cordova, TN headquarters during the training period.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably within a scientific, healthcare, or tech setting
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- CRM and administrative systems experience required
