Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor will lead maintenance teams to install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on critical equipment across the plant, facilities, utilities, and powerhouse, ensuring smooth operations and maximizing production efficiency.
Requirements
- Lead teams of Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians
- Supervise and support maintenance systems and processes
- Ensure maintenance is scheduled timely and in collaboration with Production
- Develop and implement effective maintenance systems
- Provide long-term solutions and day-to-day support for troubleshooting and equipment failures
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Provide regular status reports to the maintenance management team
- Ensure maintenance tasks comply with USDA regulations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed and inventory
- Drive a positive employee experience through leadership and employee development
- Strong leadership skills and conflict resolution skills
- Good planning and priority setting skills
- Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment
