Business Intelligence Developer

Join the fast-growing TechOps BI team at TransPerfect as a Business Intelligence Developer, supporting the design, development, and maintenance of modern business intelligence architectures and solutions.

Requirements

• Manage and develop ETL processes using Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake and KNIME to capture current business, technical, and reporting requirements.
• Create and deploy scalable analytical systems for end users, including interactive dashboards and reports built on Tableau and KNIME.
• Consult with internal and external stakeholders to understand underlying business needs, applying data mining techniques to discover and unify data from multiple sources.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document data requirements, build unified data sources, and develop interactive dashboards in Tableau reflecting key metrics.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting workflows throughout the organization, enhancing data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with teams across the company to ensure seamless integration and synchronization of data between systems, using Snowflake KNIME.
• Support global operations and production teams by developing scheduled and ad hoc reporting to facilitate monthly billing, project tracking, KPI measurement, and other analytics required by both internal and external stakeholders.
