Job Description
TransPerfect is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Development to support the company's diversification through buy-side acquisitions, manage due diligence, and lead integration planning and operational optimization.
Requirements
- CPA required; MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in corporate development, M&A, transaction advisory, or private equity-backed environments
- Deep expertise in buy-side acquisitions including post-acquisition integration
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills
- Experience leading cross-border transactions and global integrations
- Executive-level communication and board presentation experience
