As a Track Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering Track Maintenance Operations in accordance with LU and TL standards, processes and procedures. You will lead production teams to ensure works are completed safely and compliant with the standards for track maintenance.
Requirements
- Ensure staff assigned are correctly certified to undertake planned works
- Responsible for submitting timely and accurate reports for accidents, delays and investigations
- Ensure compliance to LU Engineering Standards, Process & Procedures and ensuring procedures and processes is maintained.
- Delivery of HR, Environmental and Financial LU procedures, processes and policies within the track environment.
- Delivery of Track Safety, HR, Environmental, Technical and Management briefings on a regular basis and that they undertake regular inspections to verify those briefings.
- Ensure that non-compliant defects are managed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Lead the production teams to ensure works are completed safely and compliant with the standards for track maintenance.
- Ensure plant and equipment allocated to the teams is suitable and properly maintained replacing defective or broken items in a timely manner.
- Ensure non-compliant maintenance works are managed in accordance with the company procedure for TANC (Temporary Approved Non-Compliance).
- Assist the Inspection Team to maintain the computerised asset management system to ensure that the work bank is accurate.
