Senior Insight and Evaluation Manager

London Transport Museum is seeking a Senior Insight and Evaluation Manager to lead the Museum's Insight & Impact function during a key period of strategic delivery. The successful candidate will oversee and deliver the organisation-wide insight and impact strategy, ensuring data and evidence drive decision-making across major projects and programmes.

Requirements

• Demonstrable knowledge of best practice in research, evaluation and impact assessment
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis capability
• Experience designing, managing and delivering a range of research and evaluation projects
• Experience communicating data to non-specialists and applying insights to strategic decisions
• Highly effective relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational skills, able to manage a complex portfolio with consistency and strategic focus
