Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or other related discipline
- 100% fluency in English and Spanish
- At least 3-4 years of general business work experience
- Experience in strategy development, background in Consulting is desired
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management capabilities and high attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to diverse market environments
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and the Office Suite applications
