Managers

Managers are required for various and unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. (HQ: Chicago, IL) to supervise and lead a team, provide technical thought leadership, architectural guidance, and strong project management skills.

Requirements

• PhD or ABD in Operations Research or Mathematics or Statistics or Data Science or other Quantitative field
• 4 years of experience teaching or as a Research Assistant or Data Scientist or Developer
• Experience mentoring & hiring junior data scientists
• Performing analytic work in Financial Services or related industry
• Delivering comprehensive models and custom product solutions from initial requirements
• Demonstrated success in customer-facing projects
• Demonstrated contributions to pre-sales efforts on the technical side
• Developing customized product models/prototypes based on new customers' specifications
• Conduct predictive and prescriptive modeling and descriptive analytics on large population datasets
• Experience with machine learning, Mathematical programming, Clustering and optimization, and Cloud technologies
