Job Description
The Senior Billing Lead will support global billing operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant invoicing across regions, customer segments, and legal entities. This role will partner closely with Revenue Accounting, Finance Operations, Sales, and IT to support the endâtoâend orderâtoâcash process, including invoice generation, billing adjustments, credits, and issue resolution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in billing operations
- At least 5 years in a people leadership role
- Strong knowledge of revenue recognition principles and billing compliance requirements
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and billing systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fastâpaced, matrixed, and evolving environment
