Apprentice Engineer

The Apprentice Engineer is responsible for completing work orders, grounds maintenance, painting, caulking, HVAC, plumbing, drywall, and completing maintenance on buildings as needed. The role is dynamic, on-site and requires working at the heart of the action, building strong relationships with clients and tenants, and making a visible impact every day.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of two years of related experience and/or trade school training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 0–1-year of building maintenance experience.
• Thorough knowledge in all building systems operations, maintenance and repair.
• Universal CFC certification preferred or working toward CFC certification and/or local or state license in mechanical or HVAC trade.
• Valid Driver License (may be required).
• Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel.
