Brokerage Analyst

Assist with execution and management of commercial real estate transactions, including supporting the identification of business opportunities and maintaining client relationships. Perform financial analysis and prepare client reports, pitches, and proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis in real estate, accounting, finance or related field
• Real estate license within applicable state(s) and maintained in good standing throughout employment
• 1-3 years of real estate or related experience (preferably in a Government sector brokerage)
• Working knowledge of GSA leasing procurement process (or willingness to learn)
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe
• Knowledge of CoStar and other related CRE listing software
• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents
• Ability to effectively present information
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to provide general direction/be self-managed/work independently
• Ability to think critically
• Ability to utilize Ai effectively and intentionally while preserving independent critical thinking skills
• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal and external clients
• Ability to keep information and internal communications confidential
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Potential travel approximately 1 – 2 times a quarter
