Day Porter

Transwestern is seeking a Day Porter to perform various cleaning and maintenance duties, including cleaning building floors, grounds maintenance, painting, and preventative maintenance of buildings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of two years of related experience and/or trade school training
• A minimum of 0-1 years of cleaning or building maintenance experience
• Knowledge in all building systems operations, maintenance and repair
• Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook and Word
• Ability to understand and give general instructions in standard situations
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Strong customer service orientation
