Job Description
The Senior Property Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of a commercial building, including operations, financial activities, and relationships with tenants, property owners, and vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- State Real Estate license
- CPM and/or RPA designations or in progress
- Minimum 7 years of property management experience, Commercial /Class A Office management
- At least 3 years of experience managing people; specifically, a staff of three (3) or more
